Philips Lighting installs third INCA based tubing line control system
In their continuing program for production and process optimization Philips Lighting Winschoten has decided to install the third INCA based model predictive control application for their special quartz production. INCA will replace the existing proprietary model based control technology on the tubing lines. IPCOS has realized an open and integrated process control and production management platform applying National Instruments' LabviewRT and IPCOS' OPC based process control suite.
