IPCOS launches INCA Discovery

Today, IPCOS proudly announces the launch of their new model identification software, INCA Discovery. The new software will be used by Advanced Process Control (APC) professionals to analyse process data and build dynamic process models.
"We're very excited about the launch of this software product", said Dr. Peter van Overschee, CEO of IPCOS. "We are constantly innovating and looking for opportunities to enhance the software tool set of APC professionals. Our software was developed with the client experience in mind. INCA Discovery makes it easier for our clients to understand their process data by trending and analysing it as well as by building more accurate dynamic response models. These models will allow prior knowledge to be incorporated in the form of model gain, dead time and Time to Steady State constraints. In addition, our new model identification technology can create models with improved process realism."
INCA Discovery software is available as part of the INCA suite and as a stand-alone software product. The software can be licensed on a term or perpetual basis. For clients who wish to evaluate the software, the full version is available on an "evaluation license" basis.
